Lip pencil does not mean a lot for those who don`t know how to start using lip pencil correctly. There are several tips that would help you in applying lip liner correctly. The main task of a lip pencil is to line the natural shape of your lips. Never correct your lips by drawing the lines upper your natural line. It`s a great mistake and a sign of a bad taste.
